It’s on the bookshelf in my living room, right by my fireplace. He really knows his stuff. One essenttials the best teaching aides for using handplanes that I have found. A little too much detail on blades and how they are made but good to know when choosing a new blade for an old plane.

That took me some time for me to warm up handpland, but the upside is it makes it quite easy to find something you read earlier without having to page through the whole book. I downloaded it from FW and was impressed so had to have a hard copy. I always find it interesting when somone takes it off the shelf not knowing what it is and get really interested in it.
